If you guys remember a post I made about a week ago, I let everyone know that I was selected as a Finalist in a major photography competition with over 225,000 entries and over 30 million votes… well the results are in!
1st PLACE!!! 1st PLACE!!! 1st PLACE!!!
I can barely even believe it myself! I really never enter contests because most of the time I am too busy with my wonderful clients but in my spare time I love to shoot fun pictures like this one of Connor when he was just having fun in his Batman costume. 🙂 <3 This is the photo that won 1st Place in the Lifestyle portion of the contest.
This is what the organizer of this contest had to say about it:
- “One thing to remember during this time is that with 225,000 photos submitted from 120 different countries… this contest is EXTREMELY hard to win!”
I guess I can honestly call myself an award winning photographer now and I also have a pile of prizes coming my way. Pinch me! HAHAHA!
