Meet Laura
Photography that feels relaxed, beautiful, and full of life
If you’re anything like me, the moments you want to remember most usually aren’t the perfectly still ones. They’re the real ones. The giggles, the cuddles, the sandy toes, the wind in your hair, the way your little ones reach for your hand without even thinking about it.
That’s what I love to photograph.
I’m Laura Jennings, and for years I’ve had the joy of photographing families, children, couples, and celebrations along the Gulf Coast. My approach is simple: create images that feel natural, connected, and true to your people. Nothing stiff. Nothing overly fussy. Just beautiful photographs of the ones you love most.
Beach photos that feel like your family—not a forced photoshoot
Family sessions don’t have to feel stressful to turn out beautifully. In fact, some of the best images happen when everyone relaxes a little.
We’ll make space for movement, laughter, snuggles, and the little in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening. The ones that end up meaning the most later.
Whether you’re planning updated family portraits, documenting a beach vacation, celebrating little ones while they’re still little, or simply wanting something more meaningful than a quick snapshot, I want your session to feel easy, fun, and full of heart.
Sunset Sessions
Soft evening light, relaxed movement, and the kind of beach glow that makes everything feel a little magical.
Kid-Friendly Approach
Little ones do best when they can play, explore, snuggle, and simply be themselves. That’s where the good stuff lives.
A Mix of Guided + Candid
You’ll never be left wondering what to do, but nothing has to feel stiff or over-posed either.
Some of the most meaningful photographs are the ones where nobody is trying too hard—just loving on each other, laughing together, and letting the moment unfold.
Beyond the Session
Laura Jennings Fine Art
Photography is not just my profession. It’s also part of the way I see the world.
My Fine Art collection brings that side of my work into focus through original coastal imagery designed to be collected, displayed, and lived with. These pieces are created from my own images and transformed into artwork meant to bring beauty, calm, and a sense of place into your home.into your home.
A local favorite list
Best of Panama City Beach
Over the years, I’ve come to know and love so many wonderful local places, people, and businesses around Panama City Beach. This little corner of the site is where I get to share some of those favorites.
If you’re visiting the area, planning a session, or just looking for fun ideas while you’re here, it’s a great place to start.
For love stories, too
Weddings with heart, beauty, and all the in-between moments
While family and children’s photography are at the heart of this site, weddings are still a beautiful part of what I do.
From quiet, intimate moments to joyful celebrations by the water, I approach wedding photography the same way I approach everything else—with an eye for emotion, connection, and the details that matter. The result is a collection of images that feels elegant, natural, and deeply personal.
If you’re planning a beach wedding, an intimate destination celebration, or a day full of meaningful moments with your favorite people, I’d love for you to take a look.
